When our brewer Jeff found out our sister brewpub Jupiter in Berkeley was looking to ramp up its house beers with some new seasonals, he jumped at the opportunity to create some new brews to fit the bill. Jeff says he plans to brew Jupiter specialties both at Drake’s and on the smaller system at Jupiter, so there is definitely potential for some cool new brews.

Jeff’s first project, the Continuum Series will be a series of Session Ales of different varieties with one common thread, an ABV between 4% and 4.5%.

Next Wednesday, the first in the series, the Continuum Series Brown Ale will be released at Jupiter with a special firkin of the new brew to be tapped at 5:43pm.
