Seasonal Dishwasher

We are hiring Seasonal Dishwasher from May to October at Drake’s: The Barn. We are seeking candidates who have a passion for craft beer, hospitality and for candidates that WANT to be a part of a team. Candidates may be offered the opportunity to return for further employment, but it is not guaranteed.

Type: Part-time, Non-Exempt

Reports to: Head Chef

Pay: $15.50/hour plus tips


  • Setting up dish station at the beginning of each shift
  • Ensuring the dish pit has all chemicals needed and set up properly
  • Adhering to daily, weekly, monthly cleaning schedules
  • Completing cleaning all dishes and putting them away each shift
  • Checking pH on sanitizer, and water is at 170°F+ for dish machine
  • Walk-in maintenance, cleanliness, and organization
  • Emptying all garbage’s, dirty linens, and disposing of them properly
  • Drain and clean dish pit and machines before leaving
  • Always follow safety and cleanliness guidelines and standards as set by management
  • Communicate with management things that need to be ordered


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimal work experience
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts and lift at least 20 pounds
  • Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures
