About CUATRO PATOS

Brewer Francisco Kameko, from award-winning Dos Aves Cerveceria, used to work in San Leandro, where he developed a love for Drake’s beer, especially 1500 Pale Ale. When he and his partner opened a brewery in beautiful San Miguel de Allende, they brewed an American-style pale ale inspired by 1500 and won numerous awards. They reached out to discuss a collaboration, and we were happy to do a mash-up of their pale ale and our 1500 recipe, with a twist in the hop bill!
