About CULTURED CHAOS
Our collaboration with Bedrock Wine Co. is the marriage of vinous and sour flavors in a big bold Flanders-style red. Aged with 2000 lbs of Mourvedre grape skins, the resulting beer has notes of ripe berries, caramel, and tart plums. Pinkies up, this beer’s fancy.
