Our interpretation of a classic American Light Lager. Rice delivers a crisp body, while the addition of unmalted barley adds a light graininess. We put a little spin on the style with a brisk whirlpool hopping of Styrian Cardinal, a new Eastern European variety that combines classic spice notes common to hops from that region, with a subtle berry note.
