A “pilsener” styled after after the original beers German brewmasters were executing in America during the 19th century. Due to the low quality of domestic malt available at the time, which was quite high in proteins, large quantities of adjunct grains were used, resulting in a lighter, crisper beer than their European counterparts. Eternal Tap is a taste of history.
