About HELLA TROPICAL

Our first experiment using fresh hops on the hot side (meaning in the brew house). We traditionally add them exclusively post-fermentation. We’ve been skeptical of this method, but ended up with a fabulous beer, redolent of tropical fruit. We threw some HBC 586 hops during post fermentation to kick the tropical flavors up another notch. It’s like a run through a mango forest!
