About RICE STRATASPHERE

The East Bay chapter of the Bay Area Brewers Guild created this audacious IPA for SF Beer Week 2020, featuring a crisp dry malt profile, and plenty of dank hops. Strata, a new hop variety developed at Oregon State, leads the way with a tropical punch, while Citra and Denali back it up with some sharp cut. The Jasmine Rice adds some floral aromatics and helps keep the beer on the dry side.
