About THE SUN IS SETTING
A slightly higher alcohol by volume take on an English Mild (“extra special”) served on nitro, exhibiting light, complex, malt driven notes of biscuits, raisins, and perhaps a bit of coffee. Our aromatic English yeast strain adds notes of pear, while the Styrian Wolf hop in the finish gives a bit of earthiness.
