About THE THREE MEXICOS

One day we were milling malt for a batch of Flyway PILS, and noticed some dark malt kernals got mixed into our pilsner bag by the manufacturer. Sigh… Instead of pitching all that good malt, we went with it, added a little light caramel malt, and turned the beer into a Mexican lager.
