Crispy Boi Lager

• 4.5% ABV

A dry, flavorful lager, featuring atypically intense hop aromatics, but no bitterness. We brewed it with a clean and crackery extra pale pilsner malt, and hopped it with a combination of Chinook, Mosaic and German Amarillo for a sophisticated aroma redolent of bright citrus, stone fruit and pine. Brewed in collaboration with Ghost Town and Temescal Brewing for SF Beer Week.
