Where Drake’s Has Been Brewing Since 1989

Small batches, fresh ideas, and a taproom built for discovery.

Tucked into San Leandro’s industrial corridor, Barrel House is where Drake’s started brewing in 1989 and where we still mess around with beer in the best way.

This is our working brewery, built for small batches, pilot brews, and limited releases that don’t always make it out into the world. Some do. Some don’t. That’s the point.

With a full taproom, indoor seating, and an outdoor Industrial Park beer garden, Barrel House is a destination for fresh beer, good food, and rotating experiences where everyone feels like a regular.

  • The original Drake’s brewery experience
  • 24 rotating taps featuring core beers, small-batch releases, and experimental brews
  • Regular events, games, and programming in the Industrial Park
  • Brew! Kitchen serving burgers, sandwiches, tots, fries, a kids menu, and daily specials

Drake’s: The Barn is a two-acre community gathering spot and venue along the Sacramento River in West Sacramento’s Bridge District. Great beer & cocktails. Good food. Games. Fire pits. Big lawn. Live entertainment. See you at Drake’s.
