About TERROIR

Terroir is aged in gin barrels from our friends at Do-Good Distillery. Near the end of the aging process we added botanicals, including juniper berries, citrus peel, fennel seeds, and cinnamon. The nose immediately gives whiffs of botanical gin and sharp citrus flavors, sour on the palate, and dries out neatly in the finish.
