Join us for a hands-on Fresh Pasta Making Class hosted by Grainbakers on Thursday, January 14th at Drake’s Barrel House. Learn to mix, roll, and shape fresh fettuccine and ravioli from scratch, with guidance from start to finish. While your dough rests, you’ll whip up a classic cacio e pepe sauce before enjoying a fresh pasta dinner served with artisan whole grain bread and a fresh salad. Each participant will make 16 ounces of pasta, with half prepared and served during class and the rest packaged to take home. Best of all, you’ll leave with your own pasta-making kit, including a stainless steel pasta machine, bamboo drying rack, ravioli stamp, cutter wheel, dough whisk, and mixing bowl, everything you need to bring your new pasta-making skills into your own kitchen!
