THE REGULARS:
Drake’s India Pale Ale – 7% ABV, 65 IBUs
Drake’s flagship beer! A “West Coast” interpretation of an India Pale Ale. Copper-colored from additions of light Crystal malt, and body-building Caramalt, carry the malt weight of this hop bomb. The hoppy aromas of pine and grapefruit are delivered from the abundant Columbus and Cascade hops.
Drake’s Blonde Ale – 4.8% ABV
A Kolsch ale. Light in color from brewing with only 2-row malt, but big on flavor from imported Noble Saaz hops. Fermented with a true yeast strain from Cologne, Germany where Kolsch ales have been brewed for centuries.
Drake’s Hefeweizen – 4.5% ABV
A Bavarian style wheat beer. 60% wheat malt and 40% 2-row malt are incorporated with Noble hops imported from Germany. The resulting wort is fermented with a Bavarian yeast strain that imparts the distinctive banana and clove aromas found in this style of beer. The brewers skip the filtration step for that nice cloudy appearance, and great unfiltered flavor.
Drake’s 1500 Pale Ale – 5.5% ABV, 48 IBUs
An American Pale Ale. For batch number 1500, Josh & Brian decided to brew a big hoppy beer, yet make it quaffable by keeping the alcohol level down. Turns out everyone liked it so much, that it is now brewed year-round. Loads of Simcoe and Amarillo hops are blended in the fermenter, just after fermentation has finished, to impart a huge aroma of pine and citrus.
Drake’s Amber Ale – 5.9% ABV
An English-style Extra Special Bitter, or ESB. This deep copper brew has a pungent hop aroma from East Kent Golding, but delivers a distinctly malty flavor from Crystal and Chocolate specialty malts.
Drake’s Red Eye Ale- 6.5% ABV, 50 IBUs
This is Drake’s red ale. Deep copper red in color, with a noticeable malty sweetness, high hop bitterness and aroma, with a spicy finish. This ruby-red delight highlights the dark English malts, a bit of Chocalate malt, and Casacade hops from the Great Northwest. This red ale is Drake’s interpretation of a West Coast craft brew classic.
Drake’s Black Robusto Porter – 7% ABV, 25 IBUs
A robust Porter, Drake’s Black Robusto has a roasty character and is stronger in alcohol than a regular porter (thus “robust’). Dark black in color with chocolate maltiness from seven different types of barley and spicy herbal hop character from Northdown and Williamette hops.
Drake’s Imperial Stout – 8.75% ABV
Drake’s Imperial Stout includes Crystal Malt, Chocolate Malt, and Roasted Barley. It is balanced with Chinook hops, to create an incredibly smooth stout. At 8.75% alcohol, people comment on its bourbon-like (or boozy) character. Packaged in a 500 ml “swing-top” bottle, the Drake’s Imperial Stout is perfect to enjoy when relaxing at home, or wherever…
Drake’s Dry Stout – 4.7% ABV
Comprised of Two-Row and Roasted Barley, and a select blend of dark malts, Served on nitrogen, you will enjoy the creamy mouthfeel, medium body, and the roasty & chocolate-like flavors!
THE SEASONALS:
Drake’s Jolly Roger Ale – 9.5% ABV
The Jolly Roger holiday ale changes from year to year but is always highly anticipated and quickly sells out. Make sure you reserve a keg of your own before it’s too late.
Drake’s Denogginizer Double India Pale Ale – 10% ABV, 100 IBUs!
Silver Medal winner for Imperial India Pale Ale, Great American Beer Festival 2009. Besides Jolly Roger, this is probably Drake’s most renowned beer. An Imperial (or Double) IPA, Denogginizer is a big bold beer hopped with an abundant amount of Simcoe and Amarillo with a touch of Ahtanum and Chinook. Mashed with Crystal malt and Caramalt for color and flavor to help balance out the hop assault. Denogginizer is also Drake’s most powerful regular offering, at a whopping 10% alcohol by volume!
Drake’s Barleywine-style Ale – 10% ABV
A big beer to fight back the chill of winter. This ruby red beer is brewed with a lot of base malt for a high starting gravity with some crystal malt added for flavor, some roasted barley for color, and a bit of rye for mouth feel. Hopped with Simcoe, Amarillo, and Cascade in the boil and then dry hopped with the same hops to make this a true American style barleywine.
Drake’s Expedition Ale – 6.5% ABV
American style Red Ale. Drake’s popular Spring seasonal. This ale is loaded with Crystal malts for a ruby red color that is balanced by an onslaught of Cascade and Chinook hops. Think of it as a dark IPA.
Drake’s Zatec Pilsner – 4.5% ABV
Imported German 2-row malt and Saaz hops are blended with a true Czech Republic yeast strain to create an easy drinking Pilsner. Big Saaz hop aroma leads to a smooth light & crisp flavor. The perfect companion for the breezy summer days and nights around the San Francisco Bay.
Drake’s Hopocalypse Ale – 9.3% ABV, 80 IBUs
Drake’s fall offering is a deep orange monster that is loosely filtered to keep the integrity of the malt & hops intact. Equal amounts of American two row and English pale are combined with two types of Munich malt, and balanced with Chinook, Cascade & Amarillo hops. Enjoy the massive aroma and flavor of this beer.
Drake’s Aroma Coma Ale – 7% ABV, IBU’s off the charts
90% 2 row barley malt
5% Honey Malt
5% Crystal Malt 45L
CTZ hops for bittering
Cascade for Flavor
Cascade, Chinook, hops in whirlpool

This beer is made with intensive care, so beware….it will put your taste buds into a hop-induced coma.
