The Advanced Oak program produces some of our most complex and delicious beers. They’re aged in wine or spirit oak barrels from 6 months to 2 years, and often include a wide variety of ingredients, like wine grapes, tart cherries, cocoa nibs, coffee, chilies, honey, and more. Every beer offers a unique and exceptional experience.

Each year, over twenty different Advanced Oak beers are released in small quantities. Sometimes just 100 cases are bottled and labeled by hand, while other beers are draft only. They can be enjoyed or purchased to-go at our retail locations. Limited amounts are shipped to bars, restaurants and stores.
