The Advanced Oak program produces some of our most complex and intense beers. They’re aged in wine or spirit barrels from 6 months to 2 years, and often include a wide variety of delicious ingredients, like wine grapes, tart cherries, cocoa nibs, coffee, chilies, honey, and more. Each beer offers a unique and exceptional experience.

Availability

Each year, over twenty different Advanced Oak beers are released in small quantities. Sometimes just 200 cases are bottled and labeled by hand, while some beers are draft only. They can be enjoyed or purchased to-go at our retail locations. Limited amounts are shipped to bars, restaurants and stores.
