Drake’s Brewing is on the hunt for a bold, beer-loving Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life through killer visuals, top-notch design, and fresh, eye-catching content. We’re talking label art, merch, digital campaigns, event promos, and all things branding—if it needs to look dope, it’s in your hands.
From our hop-forward IPAs to our legendary location in West Sac (The Barn), Drake’s is all about quality, creativity, and community. We need someone who can channel that into vibrant, engaging designs that get people craving a pint (or three).

Responsibilities
- Brand Design & Development: Keep Drake’s aesthetic bold, fun, and unapologetically fresh across social content, menus, merch, signage, and more.
- Social & Digital Content: Create scroll-stopping graphics for IG, TikTok, web, and email. (Yes, we want to break the internet.)
- Event & Promo Materials: Your main focus will be supporting design for our retail locations. From beer release posters to St. Paddy’s throwdowns at our locations, you’ll craft visuals that make people say, “Hell yeah, I’m going to that.”
- Print & Packaging: Support the creative director with designing labels, cans, tap handles, sales materials, and swag that stand out on shelves and in taprooms.
- Creative Collab: Work with sales, brewmasters, and restaurant teams to keep our brand as fresh as our beer.
Requirements
- 5+ years of design experience (bonus points if it’s in beer, hospitality, or food & bev!).
- A killer portfolio showing off your range—from branding to digital to packaging.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Experience with designing for scale and creating templates.
- Skills in Canva and ability to teach retail and sales team how to edit within the platform.
- Ability to design large, physical designs like OOH graphics, digital displays at stadiums, banners for offsite events, and the list goes on!
- Can juggle multiple projects and turn around tight deadlines like a pro.
- A passion for craft beer, killer food, and bold branding.
“A Plus” Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 1-3 years of experience in food and beverage industry.
- Illustration, motion graphics, or video editing skills.
