From OUR BREWERS
We brewed our Hef to honor the classic Bavarian Hefeweizen with a traditional German yeast that brings out subtle banana and clove character. By fermenting a little cooler, we gave it a cleaner, drier finish that drinks more like a West Coast wheat beer.
