Gather Studio & Events: Shibori Workshop
Join Gather Studio and Events at Drake’s: The Barn on Wednesday, June 14th at 6PM to make Shibori tye-dye. This Japanese technique involves folding, twisting, bundling and compressing fabric and dyeing with indigo dye, which oxidizes before your eyes turning from green to beautiful indigo blue. This technique produces beautiful and unique patterns in the fabric.
Each participant will get to dye: 2 tea towels and 1 scarf.
