Wake & Drake Brunch Now at the Dealership

Roll out of bed this weekend to Wake & Drake at the Dealership, which is now serving brunch, every Saturday and Sunday from 10:00AM to 12:30PM. Enjoy a menu of brunch classics created by executive chef Taylor A. Smith, who reimagined each dish with an elevated comfort food flair.

Get your waffle fix two ways, savory or sweet. The Duck ‘n Syzurp is a savory Belgian waffle topped with rich, tender duck confit, candied orange, pistachio butter, and maple syrup ($16; add a duck egg for an additional $2).

The Little Suzy is the sweet waffle option, layered with orange confit, pistachio butter, maple syrup, whipped orange cream, and whipped butter ($10).

Chef Smith combines two brunch classics into one must-order dish: Pizzaquiles, a breakfast pizza and chilaquiles match made in heaven comprised of braised short rib, enchilada sauce, cotija cheese, poached duck egg, and crispy tortillas. Hashbrowns, scrambled eggs, and the “obligatory” yogurt bowl are also on the menu.

On the beverage front, Drake’s Dealership has Red Bay Nitro Cold Brew Coffee on draft, plus bottomless Beermosas (OJ + beer), Micheladas, and Brass Monkeys (made with Drake’s 510 Malt Liquor). Brunch goers can also get the Revitalizing Tonic Flight, a lineup of nitro coffee, water, orange juice, and Drake’s Denoggonizer.

Rounding out the experience, the Dealership will also host local bands playing live music until 1:00PM. You can also get your growler filled early, or just relax and day drink in the beer garden. Weekend lunch service will now begin at noon instead of 11:30AM.
